By measuring water levels and monitoring stormwater pits we can help with flood mitigation and give early emergency warnings.
The Benefits
Flood Management
Flood mitigation
Urgent weather event warnings allowing for preemptive cleaning
Trend data
Debris Management
Optimisation of pit cleaning
Pit and throat blockage alerts
Identification of problematic areas and specific pits
Stormwater Management
Optimising of stormwater ecosystem through data insights
Future digitailisation of stormwater systems and their upkeep
Pit maintenance and route optimisation
Operational Savings, Maintenance Visits
Pit maintenance autonomy and efficiencyProof of cleaning and maintenance service of pits
M.Scan - 4-way Sensing
Surge level - detects when a pit is quickly filling.
Debris level - Detects when there is a debris buildup at the bottom of a pit.
Internal blockage - detects when the stormwater system is able to handle the amount of water.
External blockage - detects when the throat or mouth of the pit is blocked
High Threshold and Surge Alerts
During a high rainfall event user’s can receive both high threshold and surge event notifications:
A high threshold notification is sent when a reading is measured above a user defined threshold.
A surge event notification is sent when a stormwater pit fills quicker than a defined threshold - messages are then sent from the device every 2 minutes, tracking the quickly rising water levels.
